Being working as one team one thing is very necessary and that is how to lead the team . Being as team leader of the company I’ve to take care of all guys irrespective of my like/dislike . I give equal opportunities to all the guys and that’s how I am taking the team with me . I think that’s the reason why our team is unite and we are getting more and more projects day by day .

We are using lots of computer application which are updated and recommended for interior designer to work with . Now a days lots of innovative techniques have been developed which can help you design all the things on computer . You can prepare models and can impress your customers by showing them their required design in advance . That’s the thing which attract the customers and come back again for another projects .

To make reputation in the market , its necessary to satisfy your customers needs . That the way we work .

Texture scheme decided for Ericsson Office renovation !

So finally after a lot of group discussions , meetings and presentations we finally comes up with an idea that we will use blue color thick cloth which will be partially overlapped on wooden desks . All the office desk’s will have the same pattern . Apart from that we have decided to use white ceiling with while lights in it . All doors will be of Glass white tiles will be used through our the office .

As discussed with the company stake holders we kept the colors around blue and white . For wall color we used ash white color . It look pretty good with blue color . Now we are designing sketches and model offices . Most of the pre designing work has been completed now we are waiting for the funds to release then we’ll start our work .
